There is a request to have a dialogue box pop up warning a user to ask if they have done certain things. I want to display a warning message telling me to do certain things. However, they just want it to be a warning and not block a transition from one workflow state to another.
If you are not planning to block the issue from transitioning and just want to show a warning pop up then you will need to use a third-party apps like JMWE's Display Message to User functionality. However, if you want to block the issue from transitioning then you can you use a validator.
