In the Backlog view of a project, there used to be a 'move sprint up' and 'move sprint down' option on the three ellipses to the right. That appears to be gone now and there is only Edit and Delete. How do I re-order my sprints?
The ability to reorder sprints applies only to planned sprints, not active sprints. Are you looking at sprints that have already been started?
