How do I move an existing field to a separate tab of team managed projects?

We have a request to separate an existing field to a separate tab of our team managed projects. I have tried to follow the directions to add the tab but I don't see my custom field to add it to the new tab. In addition, I don't even see the new tab that I created. Are there instructions surrounding these two requests?

• How do I add a new tab to the issue ticket?
• How do I move my custom field to the new tab?

That feature is not currently available for Team Managed projects. You can vote/comment on the change request here:
