How do I log time on a project

Go to the issue and click "log work" on the actions menu.

You need to have "can work on issues" permission, so you might need to talk to the project admins about enabling the right level of access, and "time tracking" needs to be enabled (JIRA system admins handle that)

it's a question, not an answer.  how do i log time to a jira?
