Hey there,
I'm looking at trying to get Jamf Managed computers to link to JIRA users, so when using Jira Service Desk, we can get the serial number of the computer, useful for tracking assets or helping with the user lifecycle management.
However, I haven't found an easy way of doing this, as only CSV imports would work, but importing from Jamf using the Insight Jamf Integration and pulling the Atlassian Directory, I can't get them to talk.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
