I would like to limit the visibility of an incident to a select group of people.
For security reasons, I would like to ensure that only a select number of persons belonging to a group or just individuals not in a group have the ability to see an incident and the subtasks associated with that incident.
I don't see an easy way to achieve this, can this be done and what are the steps?

Hi @Dana Myers - You can do this with security level.
This features limits certain groups/roles to view the issues. Here's the URL to read up about it and configure to your needs.

Another thing to note. There is security level permission associated. You assign this permission to those who are responsible in managing who can or can't view the tickets.
