How do I install/use the JIRA Misc Custom Fields on the on-demand account?

I got a license for JIRA On-Demand. Right now we are trying to integrate with Zendesk and it's important for us to have calculated custom fields and I saw there is a plug-in for it, but not sure how to get it done, since it's not available on marketplace.

You don't. The plugin is not available for Cloud.

If you tell us what calculated fields you're trying to do, we might be able to suggest some options.

For test case issue type, I am having a field "User Story" that has the Issue ID of the associated User story. I want a calculated field to store the "Summary" attribute of the associated User story. how do I get it ?

You don't, on Cloud. If you have server version, I'd add the script runner and use that.
