I've been trying to give one of my team members permission to complete a Sprint while I'm OOO. I've given her admin permissions, and I even added her to the project settings. But she doesn't see the "Complete" button. I've checked this help article, but the screenshots seem out-dated, since I'm not able to replicate the same view. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

@Jessica Johnston -

Hi Jessica:

The key is associated to each Jira project's permission scheme configuration for the "Manage Sprint" permission.  Each SCRUM board can pull content from one or more projects, thus for anyone who needs to manage sprints (start/stop/complete/edit), then he/she will need to granted with the rights to Manage Sprint for all the involving project(s).

The Jira admins will need update project's permission scheme to incorporate the changes for you.

Hope this helps.
