How do I get the reports/charts in a Chatbot (Microsoft Bot Framework) using .NET?

I am trying to build a bot which can access custom reports using the Rest API available. I could get most of the data I need but how do I make a chart using that data and send it through the chatbot. My chatbot currently uses Microsoft Bot Framework (written in C#).
