How do I get the Sprint field to show on Bug tickets?

We are using a agile Jira board, and have an active sprints board and a backlog. In the backlog we have assigned a single bug ticket to our first sprint. However, this ticket does not show a field with the value of Sprint 1. I have tried to go to `configure` from the bottom of the bug ticket, and add Sprint to the details group, but it still does not appear in the issue view.

Make sure that the field has been added to the screen that the bug issue type is using. Go to Project settings > Screens and click on the screen used by Bug.

Okay, because your screen scheme is shared you have to be a Jira admin in order to make any changes to the screens. You would have to contact your admin and have them add the field for you.
