How do I get the Jira administrators permission

Hi,I am creating a project in Jira,and I want to customize the workflow for my project,but I don't have the administrator permission.Would you tell me how do I apply the Jira administrators permission or who had the administrators permission can help me?

Hi @Tina Wang ,

How you have created project without Admin rights. 

you have to include this user in a group that has JIRA Administators global permission. Generally jira-administrators and jira-application-administrators.

If you have created project means , you have permission to customize workflow.

 

Workflow can be customized project admins also from 7.3 version. Please refer

I have created one project,the project name is "RDx Prod CTS Transport Request",I don't know if I am the user in a group that has JIRA Administrotors permission,or who has the permission can add me?Would you guide me?appreciate.

You can create the project , only when you have the Jira admin permisison (you are part of jira-administrators group).  You are saying , you have created the project.  So you have the permissions.

You can click on your , right side top corner on your profile pic. on the profile page it will show you the list of groups you are part of.

You should address you Jira System Administrator and request project administrator permission.
