How do I get rid of Summary error in Jira?

I have created a screen for my incident tracking system and have removed all the fields but I still get the same recurring message that says "Summary: You must specify a summary for the issue". How can I get rid of this error?

Summary is a mandatory field in all cases. You must put it on issue creation screens so that it can be filled in when an issue is created.
