How do I get notified by email every time anything altered to boards?

Ex, When board name switch from "ABC" to "XYZ". Any help would be appreciated.

Out of the box, you can't get any notification about this. The alteration most likely could be in the audit log of a jira/system admin.

But if you don't want alterations on the board, simply remove anyone from being a board admin.
