A client is trying to email us from inside of Freshdesk Email from FreshDesk not coming through to JIRA helpdesk@mobilegr.freshservice.com
Is there a reason why this is happening?
@Spencer Harrell , i would not recommend sharing your freshservice email here in a public forum. may wish to edit that out.
Now to your issue can you explain more about what you are trying to do. I gather that you have setup an inbound email handler for a given JSW project. Is this correct? Assuming so, have you verified that this is working under non-FD scenarios? Do you have a default reporter configured such that an email originating from a non-JSW user will be processed under the default reporter?
