How do I get back my old view (I do not want the beta version)

I want the old version of trello and not the beta version.

If you're seeing the new Trello beta layout and want to return to the old (classic) version, here's what you can try:

How to switch back:
Click your profile icon (top right)
→ Then select “Switch to old Trello” (if available).

Check in Labs settings

Go to https://trello.com/my/labs

Look for any Beta features toggled ON. Turn them OFF to revert.

Clear cache or try incognito mode
→ Sometimes, new UI gets cached. Trying Trello in incognito/private window might show the old version.

No option available?
→ If Atlassian forced the beta UI for your account or workspace, then rollback might not be possible right now. You can:

Submit feedback using the “Give feedback” option in the Trello UI.

Or post on the Trello community to express that you prefer the old UI.

Note: Atlassian is gradually rolling out the new interface — sometimes without a toggle to go back. Feedback from users can influence them to bring back the switch.

Hi Hari,

Thank you for the update. I have tried all of your suggestions, and I could not find the Toggle buttons and the option to go back. And the new version is not user friendly. A lot of clicks for a simple switch between cards. I have already written to someone. What else can I try to fix this?

Additional Suggestions:

Try logging into another browser or device

• Sometimes, older Trello UI still shows up in browsers without cached beta flags. Use a different browser or private window without extensions.

Use Trello Desktop App (Windows/macOS)

• Download from: https://trello.com/platforms

      → Some users reported that the classic UI still loads on the desktop version.

Contact Trello Support directly:

• Since you're not seeing toggle options and feedback didn’t help, best way is to raise a support ticket here:

     (Scroll down and click “Contact Support”)

In your message, clearly mention:

You can't switch to old Trello

Labs and cache options didn’t help

You're facing usability issues with the beta layout

Unfortunately, Atlassian is slowly removing the old UI and in some cases there's no option to revert — but strong user feedback does help influence them.

1. At the top of your Trello window click Beta

2. In the dropdown, choose “Exit Beta” or “Leave Beta”

I do not have the BETA option available. That was the first option I looked for, as I have faced this problem in the past. Please see the below screenshot:
