How do I get all of these features on one project: roadmap, reporting, backlog, release notes?

Is it somehow possible to get these features all on one project: 

Classic: Releases and Release Notes

Classic-Kanban: Backlog management 

Classic-Scrum: Reporting 

Next-Gen: Ease of quick set up and card customization 

Next-Gen: Roadmap

I can kind of piece all these features together with 3rd-party apps but its messy.

Hello,

You have backlog management and reporting in the next-gen projects (project settings -> features-> reports).

Though you can not have releases in the next-gen projects. But Atlassian works on the features in next-gen projects that is why maybe releases will be available later.
