How do I get a custom field to display in a Sub-task when the subtasks are automatically created?

Jake Geddes June 23, 2020

Hi everyone,

Currently trying to enable a custom field to display in our subtasks. When using 'dOd' to automatically create the subtasks, the field for some reason will not create in the subtasks. Any suggestions?

When creating the subtask manually via the create button or plus button, the field appears with no issues.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Cheers, Jake

What are you using to create the subtasks and how is it configured?  (explain dOd - to most of us, it's an acronym for "definition of done" which is nothing to do with subtasks other than defining how they should be closed)

Using the Workboard app, which has an option for 'DoD' which enables us to automatically generate the subtasks for each sprint.
