I'm trying to set up some projects to Demo to my company as we are considering Jira. I created a new Project Management project. I then created a Task, and set the start date and end date. I then created a subtask with a start date, end date, and duration. I then tried to use this "link" feature to link it to the parent task. This worked, but the relationship is wrong. However any time I click the line for the link/relationship Jira crashes. My colleague created another task and did the same as I did above. It also crashes Jira every time we click the link line.
The error we get is:
ERROR: 1XZM2FB
Sometimes when I try to expand the Task it crashes also, but only sometimes.
Hi @[deleted],
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
What browser are you using? Are you using any browser extensions? Have you tried an incognito windows or a different browser?
Using Chrome Version 92.0.4515.131 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Does the same thing in Incognito mode
Using LastPass and ZenHub browser extensions.

Okay, do you happen to use Crowdstrike too? Crowdstrike caused an issue with Jira and Chrome 92, see CLOUD-11248. I would recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of Chrome and see if that helps.

I don't know what Crowdstrike is. My colleague is using bone stock Chrome and seeing the same thing.
I upgraded Chrome (to Version 95.0.4638.54 (Official Build) (64-bit)) and it seems to be fixed.
Thanks!

Update:
My colleague didn't do anything, and it started working for them as well today. So my guess is there was a fix.
