How do I fix this error for one of my developers? -> 3WMPU9

He had a jira account with us last year as an intern, left and was deactivated, rejoined and reactivated yesterday. He is added to the same group as the developers and has all the same permissions, however he's not able to pull up 'board' or 'backlog' for projects. The error code we're getting is: 

3WMPU9

 

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
