Apparently, this was working fine before the latest update. Whenever I assign a ticket to my team mate, a badge with their initials usually pops-up on the ticket but now it doesn't. And whenever I assign a ticket to them, it doesn't reflect on the Advanced Search. Is this a bug or can it be fixed? It's been causing confusion on our tasks. Thank you!

Sure thing! Without revealing too much, here's a screenshot of the ticket that we have. As you can see, IS-214 has the initial of "IM". But after checking on that ticket, there's no one assigned to it. And if we assigned someone else, it doesn't reflect.

This also happens vice versa. If we assign a member to a new ticket, it doesn't apply.

Sorry for the late reply. Yes, that looks like some type of bug. I would open a support ticket with Atlassian to see if they can provide more info.
