How do I edit a workflow for a copied project without changing the original project workflow?

Hi, I have copied a project's flow but now want to edit the new project. How do I edit the new projects workflow without impacting the original projects workflow? Thanks

If the workflow isn’t associated with any other project then it will not impact any other project. If it is a shared workflow then you need to make a copy, edit it and associate to the desired project and issuetypes. The article that Niranjan shared can explain further.
