You can't delete your account

Your account can't be deleted because:

• User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements.
• User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more non-cancelled subscriptions.

You have to cancel all subscriptions that you have initiated. Some subscriptions are Managed by Atlassian, such as Projects and Goals. If you have any subscriptions that are Managed by Atlassian you will have to contact their Licensing Support team to get those cancelled. Do that through this page.
