How do I delete a project or task that I inadvertently created?

How do I delete a project or task that I inadvertently created? I'm brand new to Atlassian and I have two Jira Product Discoveries listed...I only need one. Thanks in advance!

• If you create an issue by mistake, first, click on the issue you want to delete, then click on the ellipsis, then scroll down until you see the word "delete."

• Create or delete a Jira Product Discovery project

• On your cloud site Administration page, go to Manage subscriptions under Subscriptions & Billing.

  Look for the product you want to remove (Jira or Confluence), select the 3 dots for more options, and then select Delete.

  Enter the word DELETE into the field.
