How do I default my Kanban Board view to only show my tasks?

The board defaults to everyone and I have to change it every time.

You can not.  Boards are supposed to represent a team's work, not an individual.  The quick filters are all off by default because the board is assuming the visitor wants to see all the team's work, and then drill down with them after seeing the whole.

What you could do is create a Kanban board for yourself.  Take the filter for the current board, and add "and assignee = currentUser()" (if assignee is how you are identifying your tasks), save it as a new filter, and then create another Kanban board that uses the new filter.
