How do I create a Jira Quick Filter, which allows me to view each individual team members issues?

This should reflect the Assignee Swimlane. As not everyone in the team can configure the board and access this as and when they can. Creating a quick filter which mirrors this would make things more efficient. 

e.g: I would like to view each team members issues (To Do, In progress, Done etc) horizontally - as a quick filter.

Hi @Rafa Ahmed , welcome to the community.

There isn't a way to create quick filters per column on a board. If that is your goal. The avatars presented at the top of the board allow you filter by user. But this is across all statuses and columns. There are other things you could consider such as using the two dimensional gadget within a dashboard. I use this sometimes to illustrate each of my team members along the Y-axis and the statuses across the X-axis. Of course this is just a number not the actual cards/issues.

Thank you very much for this Jack! However, the avatars do not show up on the top of my board? Is there a way I can activate this?
