Hi Team,

I just have an enquire in regards to the user login. With our clients, they are able to create a support ticket through their web portal without login into Jira.

Is there anyway I can tell whether the end user has a Jira login?

Thank you and Regards,

Yi

Hello @Yi Kong ,

You can only check that if you are a member of group jira-administrators.

If you are, go to the gear/cog icon on the top left corner of your home screen and go for "User Management". Then in the "Filter Users" search box, type the name of the user and search.  You will get the login details- Login count and Last Login.

Regards,

Swapnil Srivastav.

Hi @SWAPNIL SRIVASTAV ,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I had a look this function, but it looks like only for the internal user but not for the "external" users.

Thank you and Regards,

Yi
