How do I change the owner of a board in the new JIRA environment

The original owner and creator of the board is no longer with the company and I need to change some things that require me to be the owner. How can I change the owner of a board? I read in one blog that if I hovered over the owners name that I would get the pencil icon so I could edit the owner however this did not happen.
