How do I change the order of bug keys

welcome to the community and thank you for your question.

As Nic already said, there is no way to actively manipulate the order by key.

But what you could do: If you are using a Jira Software project, I would recommend switching to the backlog view and sort these bugs via dragging them up and down.
After that you can go back to your search and sort it by rank, which is a a system field.

You will need to amend your search so that it includes a way to sort by key in the way you want.

There is no way to specify an order for a search based on arbitrary keys though - you'll need to put data on the issues to tell them how they should be ordered.
