How do I change the color of the "Status" tag for a different column?

I've added a new column called "Roadblocked" to my sprint board. A new tag has been created, but the tag of "Roadblocked" is the same color as "In Progress". How would I change the tag color to something like the color red?

Also I would like to automate the process of moving to roadblocked.

The color you see is tied to the category of the status, and those colors are hard coded and cannot be changed.
