How do I change the automatic assignee in Jira 4.0?

We use Jira 4.0. When somebody create a Jira ticket, the automatic assignee is chosen. How can I change the automatic assignee to another Jira user as a default?

Hello @Zsuzsanna Károlyi are you certain that is the version you are using? That must be 6 years old at least and doesn't match with the deployment plan selected for this ticket. Nevertheless, if that is really the case that is in the users and roles tab of the project admin view. If you are using cloud, that should be in the project details tab of the project admin tab
