How do I change sort order of a filtered list

I have a filtered list that rendered apx. 200 results. The default sort order is by ticket# - descending e.g.

DOC-999
DOC-856
....

DOC- 213

I'd like to reverse the order, but I do not see any such toggle. And when I click the arrow next to Order By, I don't see any field that would resemble ticket# (The only field not included in the screenshot is Account Manager - Old.

Am I missing something really obvious that reverses the sort order? And where are all the other fields that don't appear in the drop-down menu? Thanks.

You can simply click on the header of any search results to sort by the column and order ASC or DESC

Hi, could you please provide a screenshot? In the example above, there's no header to click. It's not as if it's a table with columns. Thanks.

It could be that you are using the “Issues” view in a project? If so then you can edit the JQL to use a DESC rather than ASC.

I am referring to the screen where you do an advanced search. I suspect that in time Atlassian will add sortable column headers to the view you’re looking at.

Hey Stephen,

The ticket # field as you refer to it is called the Key in Jira.
