Conversion from company managed to team managed project is not easy, in general you need to create a new team managed project and move all the issues from the original company managed project there.
I would recommend you to contact your Jira admin and ask them about company permissions for projects and why you are not able to delete issues, maybe it will be easier to do the change in permissions for them.
