How do I change fields editable/readonly with automation rules

hello all,

i want to make a field "read only" if it contains a certain value example: If the issue field includes the value "A" than the field should be read only else is editable wert bestimmter wert
is this possible to do in with automation rules?

Hi @Josef Sigl 

You can't make a field readonly with automation rules. Think automation rules as a followup action that happens after an action/event took place. On data center this could be achievable with Scriptrunner's Behaviours.
