Our ex-colleague seems to be the admin of our Atlassian account. As a company owner I want to be our admin and now I can not access our account.
How can I claim ownership?

Are you able to work with your IT team to get access to the previous admin's mailbox temporarily? If yes, you can reset their Atlassian password the "Forgot Password" option on the login page.
Then login to your Atlassian admin portal using their account, and add new admin(s). Later, you can remove this user as the admin and suspend their access from your site.
If you can no longer get access to their mailbox, please create a support ticket for assistance.
