How do I automatically remove an issue from a version when it is no longer done?

In my workflow, there is a possibility that the issue comes back from "Done" status to "Review" or even "To Do".

So there's a possibility that the issue has been marked as Done, then a version gets released, the issue gets updated and marked as To Do again, but it still remains in the released version and therefore doesn't show on a Kanban board.

How can I fix that, other than manually?

I think you would need an add-on for it like Power Scripts or ScriptRunner to set the value of the fix Versions field to null when an issue moves to the TO DO or Review status.
