How do I automatically delete a Component tag and then add a new one from the Parent?

I have a if, "If component is not empty"

I assumed you would edit the field to [nothing] that would delete what ever is in there, but that doesn't happen.

I figured it out! I needed to uncheck the "Add to existing value"
