How do I allow other users to add projects?

How do I allow other users to add projects?

I have created new users in my Jira account. I have assigned some of them to the administrtator groupd/role. However, these users cannot add projects. Any help would be appriciated.

Figured it out. The users were not associated with all the applications in our account, so they could add projects. Once I added them, then the option appeared.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
