How do I add my work schedule to Jira?

I'm building a resource management process- that relies heavily on seeing a team member's scheduled working hours versus the total number of hours of work assigned to them. How can I add someone's working hours/schedule to JIRA?

Built in to Jira there is no way to do this type of configuration on an indivdual level. There are third party add ons you can consider like tempo timesheets:
