How do I add favorites which are not Confluence Spaces to my personal space?

Favorites has been added to my personal space and I have added several Confluence Spaces as Favorites. I'm looking for help adding other types of urls under favorites.

As a workaround I created a new Confluence subpage with the URL's that I wanted and marked the subpage as a favorite.
Let me just make sure about your question. You want to have Confluence favorites do the same job than a browser favorites? If the answer is yes, it is not feasible.
