How do I add an automation rule to update the parent issue with time tracking and story points?

I have lots of issues all with multiple subtasks and i want to set a rule so that whenever a subtask is updated with story point estimates or time tracking, the parent card will update and therefore be a total amount of time and estimates once the project is finished.
