How do I add a new value (i.e. Closed) to Status dropdown?

I currently only have 3 values in Status - To Do, In Progress and Done. How do I add a 4th value = Closed?

You need to find the workflow, which is used for your issue, and add a transition from the current status of your issue to the Closed status:
