So I created a Jira 3 account for my company, and in my profile details, there's no email address (blank spot next to "email"). As a result, I can't receive email notifications when updates are made to my Jira tickets, and I can't figure out how to update that information. Anyone have any thoughts?

It is very odd that you do not have an email since that is required to create an account. I would contact your Jira administrator and see how accounts are being managed. I am wondering if you have an external user directory and something happened when the account was created. Your admin will be able to look into the issue and hopefully correct it for you.
