How do I add a caseworker with access only to assigned cases to our team?

How do I add a new caseworker to have access only to cases assigned to them to our team? I don't want them to have access to other cases not assigned to them.

@Rob Peutrell

You will need to give the case worker access to the project in which they would see everything.  You can use issue security to hide issues unless they are assigned to an individual.  This would require you to make some adjustments and update current issues so security is applied.  https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-issue-security-schemes/

I understand how to assign projects to existing caseworkers.

None of the rest make any sense at all. The link you kindly shared is not clear to me. The vocabulary is opaque.

Basically I want to include a new caseworker who can only access the cases assigned to them, and a second caseworker who can access all the cases we have logged on our system.

Is there a video do you know?
