How could I see date and time of last edit of a custom field?

Hi, guys.

We want to see date and time of the last change of a custon field. Is that real?

For example, it could be like a field with date and time near a custom field.

There are some information about changes in the History but it's complicated to search everytime in History.

I doubt we can accomplish this task without any additional coding.
