Greetings,
We migrate self hosted (jira - confluence - bitbucket - crucible - bamboo) products which are previously installed by executable to docker enviroment. However, server id of our products changed. Before installing our products on docker enviroment, We deleted all existing databases. Unfortunately, We don't have the old server ids. That's why we can not change new server ids with old server ids. So, we can not activate our products. Could you please reset our products licence keys?

Hi @Batuhan Avlayan

Actually you can still use your license key on a new installation.  The Server ID values do not need to match for this to work.  All you need to do is login to the https://my.atlassian.com account that is a billing or technical contact for those server/data center products in question and those products will have the needed license keys there.

From that point you can just apply these license keys to your Atlassian products.

Only at the time of first creation, meaning after the license is purchased, but before the key is generated, does Atlassian prompt you for a Server ID.  However even at that time, you do not need to make sure that the server ID matches.  I know that other non-Atlassian products will require the server ID to match where the license is installed to.  But this is not true of our products.

The only concern I would watch out for here is to make sure that you are not installing the same license key to more than one system at a time.  The terms of the license do make it clear that you cannot install this to more than one instance at a time.  But since it sounds like your old database is gone, you should be fine to simply re-apply the current licenses you have here.

I hope that helps.

Hi @Batuhan Avlayan ,

I would recommend you to contact directly Atlassian support about this.
