How could I get task values and add them to the epic?

To get the economic value of the tasks, I have created a custom field called "cost", by means of automation I obtain the hourly price of each worker and multiply it by the original estimate, in the tasks it works well, but I am not able to create an automation that takes the value of all tasks and adds it to the epic.

What have you tried with automation so far?

You could create an automation rule, triggered on a change to the task's Cost field, and then sum up into the parent's custom field (e.g. Total Cost).  Or, you could run it on a schedule to update once-per-time-unit.
