How can you see what roles Users have when you are not an Admin?

I can see my roles but not others. I want to look up other users/teammates and see which roles they have.

@Marisa Medinathis is not possible for normal user to view roles of other team mates.

You either need to Jira Administrator or Project Administrator (for specific project) to view this information.
