How can we verify that the DEVs have committed unit tests for their JIRA ticket?

Hi,

We are trying to verify that DEVs have committed unit test to Issue. 

We created custom field named Unit Test File Name. Is there a way to tell if the filename written in that custom field in the Issue is in the commitments made to that issue?

Any suggestion?
