Hi Aleksey,

 

To move JIRA Cloud to Service Desk Cloud, you would need to confirm this with the Atlassian team. Note that JIRA Service Desk is an application on top of JIRA Cloud.

 

As for version, you will not know because the servers are always updated to the latest version available from Atlassian.
