How can we recognize or visualize high-performing groups and users in Jira Software?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for ways to positively recognize and visualize groups or users with excellent response performance in Jira Software.

In our operation, we assign Jira work items to multiple groups and users. Some groups and users consistently complete their required actions before the deadline, and we would like to introduce a positive recognition mechanism for them.

What we want to achieve is not only adding labels or icons to individual issues.
Rather, we would like to make high-performing groups or users visible in Jira Software, or through a Jira-related approach, in a positive and easy-to-understand way.

For example, I would like to know whether there are any ways to do the following:

・Visualize groups or users with excellent response performance in Jira

・Display recognition or certification at the user, group, or team level

・Show badges, labels, or titles such as “Excellent Response Group,” “Black Belt,” or “Excellent Response Team”

・Use dashboards, reports, filters, or Atlassian Teams for positive visibility

・Use Marketplace apps, Kudos apps, or recognition apps for awards or recognition

・Use any other practical workaround in Jira Software

Displaying a badge next to a user name or group name is just one idea.
The main goal is to recognize high-performing groups and users in Jira Software and make their good performance visible to others in a positive way.

Has anyone implemented a similar recognition, award, or visibility mechanism in Jira Software?

I’m open to native features, Marketplace apps, Atlassian Teams, dashboards, reports, filters, or any other practical approach.
Any recommendations, examples, or operational considerations would be greatly appreciated.
